We love this place. The server and chef are very nice and the food is always outstanding. After stumbling across this place recently it has become our go-to ramen spot in Calgary. The vibe inside reminds us of when we were in Japan and we love it.

Having traveled to Japan twice now, I can honestly say this is one of the most authentic Japanese ramen restaurants in Calgary. The ambiance, staff, and food brings me right back to Japan. I have tried the sashimi, gyoza, ramen, and curry and it is all very high quality and tastes delicious, all for a very reasonable price. Plus you get free homemade icecream afterwards. My husband and I will definitely be going back often for more! Gochisousama deshita!

I think this can become my spot for Japanese food here in the north. Good location although parking can be tough during a busy day. There's some parking at the back but it is limited. The place is small but cozy. I think next time I'll try to seat at the bar. The food was fresh and delicious. The sashimi was really good and their Japanese Katsu Curry brought me back to my trip to Japan! The Katsu was crispy on the outside but tender and hot on the inside. Their staff had a smile and were gentle and kind. Next time I'll try to practice my Japanese when ordering and see how I do. The atmosphere was perfect, some J-Pop as the background, and the Sakura tree inside is an incredible touch. I'll for sure come back.

Wanted to try some Ramen and found this place not too far from home. Ordered the Tantanmen, Buta Don and mini teriyaki don. Portions were a good size. The pork belly in the Tantanmen was delicious and the broth was spicy but not over the top. There was plenty of char sui in the Buta Don. The miso soup was tasty. Would definitely come again. Oh also came with a nice little bowl of chocolate ice cream for dessert (free).

Came here for their signature Shimizu Miso Ramen! Was not disappointed. Great taste and portion. They even offered ice cream at the end.

Great ramen spot, good value. I got the chili goma ramen and it was not as spicy as I had hoped but still very good! Got there at the perfect time, service was quick and lovely.

It's very nice to have a Sakura tree inside the restaurant. They service the food very quick. The broth tastes very very good. I will definitely go back again for other dishes on the menu.
